Kennels/cattery/grooming Or Suitable Property To Rent (long Term) Scotland

My partner and i are looking to rent - with the possibility to purchase - kennels/cattery/grooming parlour.
We can relocate anywhere as partner works from home.
I have lots of animal experience, i have been a dog groomer for over 20 years, i breed and show dogs and i teach Animal Care in a college.
We are now looking for a change in lifestyle and have the knoweldge and experience for this field.
Woudl prefer somewhere with land in order to accomodate larger animals that will come along in due course.
