Work With Animals Required (directly Or Indirectly) - West Midlands

I am looking to fulfill my dream of working with animals either directly or indirectly.
I am passionate about animals (I have my own cats - various breeds, dogs - large breed and chickens) and their welfare and would ideally like to work for a veterinary surgery.
I volunteer for a major animal charity as a Welfare Team Leader which involves many aspects of animal care. I have over 15 years of administrative experience and a full, UK licence.
I am a non-smoker and have my own transport. I have a NVQ in Horse Care and Stable Management and will soon be attending a course on microchipping cats and dogs.
I love hands-on work but with an excellent telephone manner, would not mind at all working as a receptionist in the animal field.
All work considered but needs to be a full-time opportunity and in the West Midlands area.
