White & Ginger Female Cat Found Basingstoke

She doesnt have a microchip, predominantly white with some ginger markings, long haired, very friendly but slightly nervous.
Appeared in the town centre 5 weeks ago, covered in fleas, lots of mats.
She is currently at the vets awaiting a foster home.
